GoldenWolf is seeking a full-time Project Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for the Capital Asset Planning Committee (CAPC) within the Defense Health Agency's (DHA) Capital Strategy Management (CSM) branch. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing the DoD/VA joint facility mission by managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and tracking actions. Your responsibilities will span drafting key documentation, implementing approved policies and strategies, and supporting cross-department coordination. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, data management, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

The Project Operations Coordinator is responsible for the following activities:
- Administrative & Documentation Support
- Draft documentation and assist with policy and strategy implementation.
- Maintain a repository of critical information, including WCTK CAPC and joint opportunity records.
- Meeting & Coordination Management
- Coordinate CAPC Charter updates with VA/CSM.
- Organize and schedule various meetings (quarterly CAPC co-chair updates, CAPC meetings, HEC/JEC meetings, weekly DoD/VA AO meetings, and active joint operations sites).
- Prepare meeting schedules, agendas, supporting documents, and detailed notes.
- Tracking, Reporting & Strategic Support
- Maintain activity trackers and manage due-out responses.
- Assist in preparing and updating the Annual Joint Strategic Plan (AJSP) and quarterly status reports.
- Coordinate with teams such as the Operational Integrated Process Team (OIPT) and Shared Resources Workgroup (SRWG), ensuring the preparation of required materials.
- Joint Opportunity & Capital Planning Focus
- Develop and maintain DoD/VA joint opportunity repositories and trackers.
- Assist with identifying and preparing policy, operations, and guidance materials related to capital asset planning commitments.
- Contribute to identifying DoD/VA sites for potential capital investments and prepare relevant briefing materials.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated work experience executing verbal and written communications to multiple levels of leadership.
- Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated work experience in administrative support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop products from analysis.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with database management and system interfaces.
- Familiarity with DoD MTF operations and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of records management principles and practices.
