We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting account management activities, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate services, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of our clients.

Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining positive relationships
Support senior account representatives in executing account strategies

Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience in account management or customer service is a plus
