Core Responsibilities
- Manage a team and collaborate with Major Projects, Transmission Maintenance and Construction to support field data reviews and identify risks and adherence to organizational compliance.
- Provide guidance to the team around data analytics, process improvement opportunities, risks, and compliance through a data driven approach.
- Supports Gas Transmission Project & Maintenance team in developing reports, dashboards, program tracking, and optimization related to critical transmission work.
- Develop a central repository for transmission projects and maintenance data transparency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategic and tactical adjustments in response to data quality in GasOps IQ.
- Lead meetings with vendor(s) supporting different internal applications and track proposed enhancements.
- Coordinate with Major Projects, Transmission Maintenance and Construction on transmission work as needed.
- Possess a working knowledge of applicable Company and Departmental Specifications and the ability to interpret such regulations and specifications.
- Identify process automation opportunities using data analytics and technology to provide efficiencies and create data transparency.
- Participate in cross functional committees to develop risk-based scenarios and operational anomalies.
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Required Education/Experience
- Master's Degree and 3 years of full-time related work experience or
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of full-time related work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
- Must have 2 years of supervisory experience. Required
- Must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Required
- Must possess work experience in data mining, data analytics, and data visualization. Required
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to evaluate risks and trends. Required
- Must possess excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills. Required
- Service oriented with a passion for data and problem solving. Required
- Must have experience with visualization and/or Business Intelligence tools such as Excel, Tableau, Oracle BI and/or Power BI. Required
- Experience in quality management, compliance, auditing. Preferred
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C , Python, R. Preferred
Skills & Ability
- Excellent interpretation of complex statistical data
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
- Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments
- Ability to work within tight timeframes and meet strict deadlines
Licenses & Certifications
- Driver's License Required

- Ability to read small print and symbols
Other Physical Demands
- Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
- Ability to respond to system emergencies.
- Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
