Position Summary
To support the growth of our North American business, Con-Pearl is seeking an experienced, motivated Production Planner. The candidate will fill a newly created position and will have significant control over establishing their role within the parameters of the organizational structure. The position is multifaceted and central to the organization, and the associate will have an interesting and close working relationship with all departments.
Job Requirements

- Analytical Skills for forecasting and data analysis
- Advanced Planning abilities for optimizing production processes
- Monitor and review customer orders daily
- Track open orders
- Coordinate with sales and engineering departments for production scheduling of orders
- Run MRP and coordinate with the purchasing department for all materials and components to be available for production
- Coordinate with the logistics department for incoming and outgoing shipments
- Constantly monitor the accuracy of bills of materials and routings while orders are in production, and coordinate changes with the engineering department
- Work with production supervisors on accurate Production Data Acquisition (PDA)
- Observe processes and suggest corrections for error-prone activities
- Address production defects and discrepancies
- Detail-oriented and organized mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in Analytics & KPIs is preferred
- Ordering of Material intern & extern
- Tracking open orders
- German speaking is a plus
- Actively participate in the quality system
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or logistics-related field
- 3 years of production planning experience
- Must have significant experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor LN
- Experience with ERP Systems (SAP or INFOR LN) is required
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with production teams
- IT systems/network experience would be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- IT systems/network experience would be a plus
- Knowledge of the German language would be a plus
