Provide marketing administrative support to the CEO; liaise with distributors, partners, and customers in Europe and South America; create marketing documents, maintain databases, and send memos and emails; assist with simple bookkeeping and budget tasks for market entry and expansion projects; assist in conducting market research for new business opportunities; assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for negotiations and business deals; make travel arrangements for market visits, trade shows, client meetings, and other business activities.
Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma and 1 year of experience in the job offered.
