What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Managing Architect, BI Customer and Digital Platforms position at CONA Services?
CONA Services is searching for a BI Senior Managing Architect with a passion for generating actionable insights related to the CONA Salesforce ecosystem including the myCoke Digital B2B Platform and the Contact Center.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in data management, data warehousing, BI, and Analytics. You will have the opportunity to teach and inspire the people around you, present your findings to senior stakeholders and help shape the company's digital future. Teamwork, influence, stakeholder management and collaboration are key to the role. Communicating at the right level is vital, and your day-to-day stakeholder map will range from C Suite to directors to developers.
You will work closely with the Director of Digital Insights and Analytics to bring full suite of reporting and insights for our digital customer platform. You will help us build and execute various strategies and solutions related to collecting and organizing data from digital commerce and customer platform, enabling reporting on digital commerce and customer platform (Salesforce), as well as on centralized data warehouse platform (Snowflake). You will generate insights from customer transactions, digital marketing campaigns, and inform several customer-related strategies.
Success will require a team member with a consultative nature, strong customer service focus, passion for building relationships and presenting concepts to others, and the ability to effectively articulate complex technical situations to business users. The role is a key intermediary between business teams and technical developers and must have a thorough understanding of BI concepts and tools. Attention to detail and experience in data analysis will help to ensure the overall quality of our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Digital insights manager to Develop, manage, and update our digital analytics strategy.
- Provide Business Intelligence leadership, subject matter expertise, vision and life cycle management for ensuring our digital commerce approach is Data-driven.
- Steward CONA BI and Data Warehouse development and governance principles
- KPIs, PowerBI Scorecards, Bottler-specific analysis in support of routine Bottler Engagement (weekly, monthly), on-demand Bottler-specific analysis
- Driving adoption of the available tools with key stakeholders / bottlers
- Make data available for self-service analysis and reporting for Bottlers.
- Ensure data is of top quality that’s certified and trusted.
- Ensure data can be fully explained from source (app where its created) to KPIs or insights that are being served up through reporting or in self-service data model
- Generate requested insights, as well Proactively generate insights to inform platform strategies.
- Work closely with BI developers and support team to ensure all aspects of Data lifecycle – sourcing, organization, reports, metric and insights - are working seamless

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience working with customer solutions (Web, Field Service, Sales force automation, Sales Execution, Planning & Forecasting, CRM etc.)
- 5 years of proven experience in an analyst role
- 3 years of managing projects (Business requirements gathering, Design, Delivery & support)
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business intelligence, Business analyst, Business, or a similar field
- Expertise in using Data warehousing platforms like Snowflake, SQL, etc. and Data visualization solutions like Tableau and PowerBI
- Understanding of Salesforce platform, Data structures, and Data integration methods would be a plus
- Expert knowledge of MS Office programs with focus on PowerPoint and Excel
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python
