What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Managing Product Architect Finance position at CONA Services?
The Product architect role has specific operational accountability of CONA Finance solutions. This includes supporting the creation of product roadmaps, support product innovations, support the creation of user stories, support product development to deployment, through to user support and execution of Value Optimization (VO) projects. The Senior Managing Product Architect will be part of an agile team including both employees and contractors (on and off-shore) in strong cross-functional collaboration with other Product teams. This position will report to the Product Director Finance & Taxes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional and/or technical CONA SAP S/4 Financial Accounting, including Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable expertise, FIORI Applications Design and Deployment, 3rd Party Application integrations, to Bottler, CCBSS and TCCS community
- Participate in CONA 2.0 SAP S/4 Finance strategic initiative from user story alignment to value realization partnering with bottlers, vendors and implementation partners
- Execute assigned items from the Team Backlog (including Features, INCs, PRBs, CHGs, services requests, VO projects) as prioritized by the Product Director. This will include but is not limited to writing user stories, providing cost estimates, create design documents, provide solution demos and training, develop solutions and fixes, coordinate bottler alignment, provide change management support, work on support tickets, support testing, support the creation of automated test cases, etc.
- Support other teams/initiatives based on workload and priorities as aligned with product director
- Follow agile program/project management policies, standards, and procedures (SDLC) to ensure consistent and transparent execution across product areas in collaboration with scrum masters.
- Ensure design and implementation of technologies that comply with security standards and application architecture principles (in alignment with platform architects and respective review boards) and that consider state of the art data and analytics concepts
- Support value realization/optimization of the products deployed
- Ensure product related SLAs and CONA metrics are being met (CRs, PRBs, INCs, CHG, cost estimate accuracy, time management etc.)
- Collaborate with bottlers and across all CONA teams
- Lead, direct and coach small teams of employees and/or contractors, vendor and partners (1-2 people).

What makes you a good fit?
- Detailed knowledge about SAP S/4 including integration and development experience across modules / systems (10 years of experience)
- Detailed understanding about SAP S/4 Financial Accounting, including Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable expertise, FIORI Applications Design and Deployment, including a detailed understanding of Financial KPI's and value drivers (ideally in the beverage industry with 10 years of experience)
- Applicable SAP S/4, GL,AP,AR, FSCM, Bottler systems Integrations) experience (configuration, coding, design) - mastery of multiple systems and integration knowledge, mastery of financial accounting, AP, AR, FSCM tasks in either SAP S/4 or legacy financial solutions:
- General ledger – design the integration from all process areas to posting to the GL
- Bottlers Chart of Accounts and the extension to their Company codes
- Review and manage the new GL requests submitted through MDG (Master Data Governance) tool
- Accounts Payable - manage the overall design for AP payment processing including integration to the Bottles banking institutions
- Accounts Receivable - manage the overall design for AR processing including integration to the Bottles banking institutions
- Financial Supply Chain Management - manage the overall design for FSCM processing including Collections and Dispute Management
- OTC integration to Financials including the listed applications:
- Posting sales to the GL from DSD, CAM
- Driver Settlement integration to Finance
- Account assignment and ensure upstream process are posting to the correct GL Accounts
- SWIPE Processing
- FSV integration into Finance
- BI Reporting
- OSCV Financial stream config for new locations/deployments
- 10 years of IT experience
- 5 years of experience in SAP S/4 Finance modules
- 5 years of Project management experience
- 3 years of support experience
- 3 years of experience in the Beverage industry
- 3 years of experience in deployment/ rollout and implementations of new solutions
- 3 years of experience leading small teams (2-5 team members)
