Conagra Brands is looking for a skilled Continuous Improvement Director to join our team.
This role requires a strong leader who can partner with the plant team to establish a zero-loss manufacturing culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will need to possess expertise in performance tools and Continuous Improvement methodologies, with experience in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
Your key responsibilities will include leading the cultural shift to managing through pillars, providing guidance on CPS best practices, and engaging all associates on important CPS concepts. You will also lead Reliability Improvement Plans (RIP), establish action plans, and facilitate crisis situations.
