We are seeking a skilled Production Operations Manager to lead our team in identifying and executing process improvement opportunities. This role is responsible for managing production staff to meet quality, productivity, and cost standards.

- Monitor production to ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and cost standards.
- Provide training to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job responsibilities effectively.
- Assist with supervising sanitation operations to maintain a clean and food-safe environment.
- Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Evaluate subordinate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, or Agricultural Sciences.
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
- SAP experience is preferred.
**Physical Requirements**
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must be physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
