We are hiring for Sanitation Team Lead on our 3rd shift.
You will report to the shift supervisor and join a team of 235 plus team member.
You will work onsite at our Food manufacturing plant is in Kent WA.
Essential Functions, Skills
Communicate information concerning the team back to the Sanitation Supervisor to help continue development of the team members.
Understand Sanitation priorities.
Give direction and feedback to Sanitation Team members concerning responsibilities and expectations.
Verify daily task completion of Sanitation Team members.
Conduct team meetings.
You will assist the Sanitation Supervisor concerning MSS and daily work assignments for the Sanitation team.
Work with the Sanitation Supervisor in development of work instructions and procedures.
Train new team members and validate training completion.
Reconcile weekly timecards for the Sanitation team.
Help clean all lines and areas.
Pull and push up to 35 pounds waist height.
Work weekends and a variety of shifts.
Keep team on task.
Maintain safety, regulatory, and procedural manuals.
Occasionally work in awkward positions necessary to clean specific pieces of equipment.
Occasionally work in areas of extreme temperature (-10F - 95F) using PPE.
Lift using proper techniques up to 35 pounds frequently, pull and push up to 35 pounds.
Bend using proper techniques to a height of 6 inches from floor.
Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Compile and record sanitation records and other formal documentation.
Be accountable for decisions.
Other duties as assigned.
