Sanitation - night shift

Job Summary

• Participate as an active member of the sanitation team

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of production rooms

• Cleaning and sanitizing storage containers

• Ensure production environment is kept up standards

Details:

Job Type: Full-time non-exempt

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/ hour

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday (occasional Friday), start time 6pm

·Work Location: Federal Way Manufacturing Plant, In person

Responsibilities:

• Following standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and consistency

• Following production schedule

• Pre-rinse all storage containers

• Monitor chemical levels in dish washer by performing titrations throughout shift

• Identify mechanical issues, report these to maintenance and production supervisors

• Identify quality issues, report these to QA Manager and production supervisors

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of production room, sanitation room, and hallways

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Follow all Ellenos safety procedures

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Work as part of a team to maintain a safe, clean, organized, and productive quality environment

• Completes tasks thoroughly and accurately to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

• Complete all batch documents and regulatory paperwork accurately

• Other task as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Certified on Chemicals and Sanitation preferred

• Strong verbal/written communication

• Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)

• Experience working in Food Manufacturing environment (preferred)

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of COP systems

• Knowledge of chemicals and sanitation preferred

• Knowledge of OSHA and HACCP compliance preferred

• Schedule flexibility, ability to work OT as needed

• Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and assigned duties
