WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced Roving Community Manager to support multiple communities (Conventional in the Portland Oregon general area. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday - 8 am to 5 pm (Occasional Weekend Hours)| Mileage Reimbursement | Full Benefits.
Pay Range for this position is: $31-$34 per hour Depending on Experience.

- You bring experience with conventional properties
- You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community
- You have a good working knowledge and have the ability to perform professional-level leadership and customer service skills
- You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation
- You have the ability to create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
- You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
- You have a passion for helping others
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI
- You must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
