The Director of Operational Support and Education (Learning and Development) ensures operational accountability, continuity, and excellence across all aspects of CONAM Management Corporation’s portfolio. This role is responsible for developing, distributing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that address diverse business needs, including compliance, risk management, and legislative requirements.

- Oversee education and training programs.
- Optimize technological platforms such as screening systems.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional departments.
- Manage lease and application processing oversight.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Policy and Procedures
Ensure that CONAM Management Corporation SOPs are written, published, and distributed monthly.Work with EVPs of Property Management to determine priority for policy initiatives.Ensure that appropriate attention is paid to all aspects of PM business needs related to SOPs.Legislation
Establish protocol for quarterly tracking of legislative updates.Establish centralized relationships with Landlord / Tenant Counsel.Verify status of any new legislation quarterly.Ensure that at least one associate attends annual legislative updates.RealPage / OnSite / Screening and Lease Platform
Conduct monthly meetings with OnSite to ensure proper operation.Recommend changes to screening settings as needed.Implement changes within the platform.Evaluate new products for enhancing screening.Ensure compliance with state, local, and regulatory guidelines.General Education
Review third-party learning platforms for appropriate training assignments.Update RightTrack onboarding protocols.Implement leadership training for RPMs.Ensure VPs are apprised quarterly of associate education compliance.Maintenance Education
Track training programs offered through Interplay and HD Supply.Facilitate AB802 benchmarking.Marketing Education
Develop and provide sales training to property associates.Ensure RDEs have knowledge of marketing platforms.Manage content development for education.Coordinate with IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance for new initiatives.Supervise PM Analyst and assign tasks.All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
5-7 years of experience in the multi-family property management industry required.Previous experience supporting operational teams preferred.Excellent technical skills and proficiency in property management software.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.Core Competencies :
Highly self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Adaptable in fast-paced environments.Travel Requirements :
