What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Administrator position at Conashaugh Lakes Community Association?
The Community Administrator is responsible for providing community operations management and supervision of the full-time and seasonal staff, security company personnel and acts as liaison between community membership and the Board of Directors. This position reports to the Board of Directors.
The Community Administrator interacts with homeowners, vendors, Board Members and Committee Members.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the operation and administration of the association in accordance with the policies, procedures, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Deed restrictions.
- Acts as primary liaison with the association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
- Perform/direct administrative and operations management duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Maintain community association financials – budget preparation and monitoring, accounts payable and receivable, and collections.
- Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the association Board of Directors and Committees regarding capital expenditures
- Prepare Board packets and attend Board of Directors Meetings.
- Ensure Board of Directors is aware of legal actions involving the association.
- Maintain contract files relating to the operations of the association.
- Responsible for routine and special project vendor management including procurement as well as performance evaluation as contracted.
- Hours: Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm. (Weekends as necessary)
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and managing/updating a website.
Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations.
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Time Management and time critical prioritization skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
