- Responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and optimizing inventory processes across multiple locations using CSUITE Inventory Optimizer.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring real-time visibility of stock levels across all locations.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies between actual and system inventory levels.
- Monitor and manage reorder points, stock levels, and lead times to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Inventory Optimization:
- Analyze inventory data and trends to recommend strategies for optimizing inventory turnover and reducing carrying costs.
- Implement just-in-time inventory practices to minimize stock levels while meeting customer demand.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize stock replenishment schedules based on demand forecasts and historical data.
- Demand Forecasting & Analysis:
- Work with sales and marketing teams to gather insights for forecasting demand and adjusting inventory levels accordingly.
- Monitor seasonal trends, product lifecycle changes, and promotions to ensure inventory is aligned with demand.
- Use statistical models and forecasting software to predict inventory needs and minimize stockouts.
- Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on inventory performance, including inventory turnover ratios, stockouts, and excess inventory levels.
- Analyze inventory KPIs to assess the effectiveness of inventory strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management to aid in decision-making.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize errors.
- Work with IT and other departments to implement and maintain inventory management software and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technology advancements related to inventory management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure inventory alignment with overall business objectives.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and availability of inventory.
- Support the finance department by assisting with inventory valuation and cost management.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Address inventory challenges, such as slow-moving or obsolete stock, and propose solutions for clearance or redistribution.
- Utilizes and creates documents in the Conax Technologies Wiki.

Salary ranges for this position is determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. The salary range for this role is $56,000 - $85,000.
