• Transaction Processing
  • Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
  • Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations.
• Accounts Reconciliation
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in reconciling credit card statements, bank statements, and petty cash balances.
• Financial Reporting Support
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Help with variance analysis and ensure that discrepancies are addressed.
• Administrative Support
  • Maintain organized records of accounting transactions and documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal reports and ad-hoc requests from management.
• Internal Controls and Process Improvement
  • Ensure that all accounting processes follow company policies and internal controls.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Salary ranges for this position is determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. The salary range for this role is $25- $30 hourly.
