- Design and develop product specifications to meet customer expectations as defined in project contracts.
- Design and specify fit, form, and function of components of a product.
- Interact and collaborate with other functional departments (materials, manufacturing, and assembly) to assure board success of product design.
- Develop new product requirements through consulting with customers and sales team.
- Research, analyze, design, and test component parts, processes, or systems to develop new or improve core products.
- Demonstrate and apply Design for Manufacturing and Assembly principles.
- Investigate product development factors such as ease of manufacture, availability of materials and equipment, interchangeability, cost effective design, and change proposals.
- Support day-to-day business activities related to product quality and product efficiency.
- Utilizes and creates documents in the Conax Technologies Wiki.
- Exemplify core values of integrity, commitment, innovative thinking, customer centric, and teamwork.
Salary ranges for this position is determined based on experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. The salary range for this role is $68,000-112,000.
