As a senior manufacturing engineering teammate, you will plan, direct, and coordinate process activities to assure optimum quality in products manufactured and assembled within our work cells. This includes developing manufacturing documentation, tooling to support production needs and cell layouts. In this role, strong communication skills are essential to successfully coordinate activities and collaborate with others internally to ensure high quality products are delivered to our customers. Analysis skills are also required to investigate internal and external quality concerns, and you may lead cross functional teams to determine root cause and implement corrective actions to help drive continuous improvement.
If you have a strong drive to achieve results, can adapt to change and have a bachelor's degree in engineering or applicable experience, then we are interested in hearing from you.
Salary ranges for this position are determined based upon the job location and can be adjusted based upon experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates. Salary range for this role is $85,000- $118,000 annually based upon experience.
