The Data Entry and Reporting Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usefulness of our data to help drive informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry and Management : Input, update, and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems.
Data Cleaning and Validation : Review data for discrepancies, missing information, and errors, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Reporting : Assist with generating regular reports, dashboards, and summaries to support organizational needs.
Analysis Support : Compile and organize data for analysis, including preparing charts, graphs, or tables as needed.
Documentation : Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes, data sources, and updates to ensure transparency and consistency.
Collaboration : Work closely with team members to fulfill data-related requirements and projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Confidentiality : Handle sensitive data with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., data management, statistics, or business) preferred.
Experience : Prior experience in data entry, management, or a related role is a plus.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.
Experience with databases or CRM systems is a bonus.
Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to spot errors in data.
Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Communication : Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule and Compensation
This is a part-time hybrid position requiring 21 hours per week.
Monday-Thursday are virtual with Friday in person
Compensation will be $20 an hour.
