This position is on-site- Arnold, Missouri

Job Description:

• Implement and manage KPIs for data-driven insights and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence Leads for operational analysis and process improvements.
• Simplify complex data for actionable insights.
• Ensure a single source of truth for data and improve data availability as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Validate data accuracy and timeliness for presentations.
• Support the development of reports and dashboards for various KPI timelines.
• Collaborate with department experts for effective reporting and system updates.
• Develop documentation and playbooks for data monitoring and reporting.
• Promote teamwork across organizational boundaries and maintain confidentiality.
  
  

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of data analysis experience with medium to large datasets.
• Strong collaboration and business skills, with a focus on service and operational needs.
• Preferred BPO experience and metrics knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Proficiency in data tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate SQL and data visualization expertise.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.
• Proactive and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Role may require rotation shifts for global 24x7 coverage.
