Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Business Analyst. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.
The Business Analyst will evaluate business problems and potential for automated solutions. Assist in identifying, evaluating and specification development for systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet requirements. Execute unit, integration and acceptance testing for systems that meet business needs. Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements. Design details of automated systems.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business Administration, or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus five (5) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include working with: market segmentation research; monitoring information sources and data; risk management and risk minimization; devising and evaluating methods for collecting data; and analyzing data using statistical software. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $120,536 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
