We are looking for an insightful Business Analyst to join our team, dedicated to enhancing business processes through strategic data analysis and strong communication. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical insights and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Use Microsoft Excel to create comprehensive reports, pivot tables, and extract data for business insights.
• Develop and execute basic to mid-level Oracle SQL queries to support data-driven decision-making.
• Apply Python scripting for data manipulation and analysis as needed.
• Utilize basic Linux commands for data-related tasks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and propose solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Knowledge of PTC tools is advantageous.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience in business analysis and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle SQL.
• Basic to mid-level understanding of Python scripting and Linux commands.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with PTC tools is a plus
