Summary :
This is a Lead Engineer role; you should be self-sufficient and mentor younger engineers. This role allows for remote work in the US, but you must be able to support the Mountain Standard Time zone. You will report to a Sr. Lead Project Manager and will be working in the retail domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strong web development experience of creating and maintaining multiple pages.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and define technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Salary Range : The on-target earnings range is $109,749 - $164,623, which includes a base salary and incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
