Summary : We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Designer with strong experience in wireframing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for user-centered design and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of Figma is mandatory.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design user-friendly interfaces.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices.
- Present and articulate design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing sites and products for usability.
- Work with clients and colleagues to plan and implement new UX projects.
- Carry out research into users’ needs.
- Develop personas, user stories, and other resources that capture users’ needs.
- Use specialist software to create mock-ups and prototypes.
- Organize and run user testing.
- Make recommendations and plan changes based on user feedback.
- Explore and implement other ways to gather and incorporate users’ feedback.
Qualifications :
The base salary range for this position is $91,457- $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
