Duties
- Must speak fluent in English and Spanish
- Greet and check-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front desk is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
