Concept Matrix Solutions is an innovative nutritional supplement research & development company.
We are currently looking for a work-from-home, detail-oriented contract/part-time Bookkeeper with Administrative assistant experience.
This position is for contract / Part-time work only at this time.
In-office once / month for inventory financial planning needs.
Someone who has experience in the manufacturing industry is a bonus.
The candidate MUST be responsible, have a 'take charge' attitude and able to get on the phone with vendors, accountants, banks, refunds etc..
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- AP / AR
- Bookkeeping (invoicing, POs)
- Banking
- Interact with vendors
- Prep ALL annual and quarterly taxes for company accountant
- Interface with company accountant
- Must have knowledge of all city, county, state and federal tax due dates and filings.
*Bonus
- Able to open new business entities and maintain all company filings with state and local business certifications with corporate agent. Opening and dissolving entities, statement of information etc.
As company grows, so will the hours and pay.
Could be a second source of income for a motivated individual.
$20 - $28 p/Hr to start depending on experience and skill level
Qualifications
At least 3 years experience
