We are seeking a Marketing/Admissions Director to join our skilled nursing facility (SNF) team. This role is responsible for driving census growth, building relationships with referral sources, and guiding families through the admissions process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners to generate referrals.
- Manage the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and families.

Qualifications:
- 2 years of SNF marketing/admissions experience preferred (will consider other healthcare marketing/admissions experience).
