We are seeking a Marketing/Admissions Director to join our skilled nursing facility (SNF) team. This role is responsible for driving census growth, building relationships with referral sources, and guiding families through the admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Manage the admissions process, ensuring a smooth transition for residents and families.
• Implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote the facility and its services.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet census and occupancy goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of SNF marketing/admissions experience preferred (will consider other healthcare marketing/admissions experience).
• Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance processes is a plus.
