We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Desk Personnel to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing administrative support. This position is for the night shift (11PM - 7AM).
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Assist with reservations and inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously
- Process payments and invoices accurately
Skills
- Customer service experience is required
- Typing proficiency for data entry tasks
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
- Strong administrative skills
- Bilingual abilities are beneficial
- Proficient in office management tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette
Qualifications

- Basic computer skills
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not required
