Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
- Transition tenants from monthly to weekly payment terms to align with transient lodging regulations.
- Improve the hotel's online presence, including visibility on OTAs and Google Maps.
- Provide hands-on leadership, ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and property upkeep.
- Assist in making strategic decisions to increase revenue and streamline operations.
Requirements:
