The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing staff. Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics (occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction) and assist in implementing strategies to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hotel policies.
- Guest Services
- Lead by example in providing excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by maintaining high service standards.
- Assist in developing and promoting guest loyalty programs.
- Staff Supervision
- Support in recruiting, training, and developing hotel staff.
- Schedule and manage daily work shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels across departments.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to promote a positive work environment.
- Financial Management
- Assist in managing budgets, controlling expenses, and meeting financial targets.
- Review daily financial reports and provide input for monthly and annual reports.
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
- Sales & Marketing
- Work with the sales team to promote the hotel, generate new business, and strengthen relationships with local businesses and event planners.
- Assist in implementing promotional events and campaigns to increase occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Working Conditions
