Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
- Provide exceptional service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate room turns to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
Property Management:
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
- Assist with property maintenance and repairs as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage guest reservations and booking systems.
- Handle financial transactions and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and room turns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and responsibilities.
