Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate custom orders, including placing client orders, securing stock, and ensuring timely product delivery.
- Manage the review and approval of all proofs, maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
- Monitor order status daily and provide updates to clients and sales representatives.
- Oversee embroidery orders, ensuring approved proofs are managed efficiently each day.
- Assist with various fulfillment projects, contributing to successful execution and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate in sales meetings, participate in vendor presentations, and represent the company at tradeshows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the sales team to understand client needs and offer comprehensive support.
- Prepare presentations and sales materials as directed by the Manager or Senior Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a business or client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (experience with QuickBooks and Adobe is a plus).
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
