*Key Responsibilities:*
*IDP Engagement:*
* Analyze market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
* Educate IDPs on growth potential and business strategies.
* Resolve disputes and ensure top-notch service levels.
* Conduct route consults and physical inventories.
*Retail Development:*
* Support and execute promotional events.
* Develop growth plans and visit key accounts.
* Resolve service issues promptly and build strong relationships with store management.
*Qualifications:*
* 3 years in sales or Consumer Packaged Goods.
* Previous experience in DSD highly desirable.
* Retail store manager strongly encouraged to apply
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Advanced Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
* B.A. preferred.
