Key Responsibilities:
- Rent Collection & Account Management:
- Monitor tenant accounts to guarantee rent payments are received promptly.
- Generate and distribute monthly rent invoices and notices.
- FOLLOW UP ON DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS AND COMMUNICATE WITH TENANTS TO RESOLVE PAST-DUE BALANCES.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections, property management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio), Microsoft Office Suite, and working in affordable housing or with nonprofit organizations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
