Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: $80,000/yr.

Requirements: Masters Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or other related field plus a minimum of five (5) years experience working in a residential setting with similar populations. Must also have a minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience or training. LIHTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Oversight of day-to-day operations of SP-SRO building, including supervision of all program social service staff and administrative
- Supervision of personnel, including taking a lead role in hiring and disciplinary actions; weekly individual/group supervision;
- Oversee all intake procedures, including screening of applicants and monthly outcome reporting to HRA, DHS and OMH. Maintain
- Work closely with Concern’s Affordable Housing Compliance Department to ensure compliance with LIHTC and project-based
- Cooperation with outsourced property management personnel re: site maintenance and safety issues, as well as the accounting
entitlements.
- Oversee purchasing of program services and supplies within contractual guidelines.
- Close coordination with the congregation of St. James Episcopal Church; first point of contact for use of spaces, coordination of
- Crisis Intervention (including 24/7 cell phone coverage).
- Conduct continuous needs assessment for program development and evaluation and quality assurance. Closely monitor health care
- Provide staff training and development to ensure suitable implementation and evaluation of evidence-based best practices. Evaluate
- Handle ongoing community relations activities which include program promotion and maintaining a positive relationship with the
- Collaboration with local hospitals and healthcare/care coordination providers through committees, special projects, etc., as well as
- Close collaboration with DOHMH to ensure successful transition and ongoing rehabilitative of special needs population.
