Job Summary: As a Manufacturing Operations Lead at Concero, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our maintenance team. This includes ensuring the continued operation of all machinery and equipment within our manufacturing facility. Your goal will be to minimize downtime by coordinating with production teams and managing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure effective performance and adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Oversee and schedule regular preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment to avoid unscheduled downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance processes and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with production personnel to understand equipment performance needs and production schedules.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or technical certification preferred in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial maintenance).
- Experience: 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
