Director Of Membership Sales
As Director of Membership Sales, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to meet club membership goals, recruiting new members into the club, encouraging existing members to upgrade their membership level, and sourcing referrals and leads and transitioning the leads into membership sales.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.

As Director of Membership Sales, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to meet club membership goals, recruiting new members into the club, encouraging existing members to upgrade their membership level, and sourcing referrals and leads and transitioning the leads into membership sales.
Other Responsibilities Include
- Meet and/or exceed monthly membership sales and initiation fee goals.
- Sell club memberships, upgrades, conversions and membership changes.
- Recruit prospects, conduct sales presentations and tours.
- Develop new sales prospects by contacting individuals, groups, and companies in the community.
- Attend special events and activities to provide sales information and tours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership sales tracking and reports.
- Orient new members into the club by introducing them to key staff and members and scheduling their introductory appointments.
- Active participation in required events, programs, meetings, and trainings.
- Interpret and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop professional relationships for the purpose of sales lead generation.
- Communicate in a timely manner and follow up as appropriate.
- Effectively and professionally interact and communicate with senior management, managers, other employees, prospective members, and members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in negotiation and business development.
- Strong account management and sales skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Proficient in analysis and strategic planning.
- Experience in outside sales and B2B sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and technology sales.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Background in marketing and management is a plus.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.
