Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
- Communicate effectively with staff and external partners
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Handle front desk duties including answering phones and directing inquiries
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
- Oversee office management tasks to ensure efficiency
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in office administration or related field is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.40 - $18.57 per hour
