Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering any questions regarding beverage options.
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service.
- Serve beverages in accordance with established food safety and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the beverage service area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to culinary standards and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to adhere to health regulations.
