Busy, award-winning restaurant group is hiring a professional, high-energy server(s) with excellent communication skills to cocktail our customers classical and craft cocktails and exciting modern cuisine. The server will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
To succeed as a rooftop cocktail server, you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.

- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine food and beverage preferences, making recommendations, upselling, and taking orders
- Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion
- Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section
- Collect customer payments and provide a change in a timely and courteous manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server
- Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials
- General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
- Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons,
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
