Role: FX Derivatives Trading Systems Specialist (Stellar Products)

The successful candidate will manage, configure, and optimize the bank's derivatives trading systems, and enhance capabilities and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Stellar Trading Systems- Product Management:
- Configure and maintain products (Stellar OMS, Stellar EMS, etc.) for derivatives trading.
- Implement updates, enhancements, and patches.
- Provide advanced technical support.
- Trading System Support:
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability of trading operations.
- Collaborate with traders, understand needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage and resolve system incidents promptly, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- System Integration:
- Integrate with other trading, risk management, and back-office platforms.
- Develop and maintain interfaces and data flows for trade capture, reporting, and analytics.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure that systems adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Implement risk controls and monitoring tools.
- User Training and Documentation:
- Provide training and support to users on product features, and best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and user guides.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting Stellar trading systems.
- Strong understanding of derivatives trading, including futures, options, and swaps.
- Proven experience in system integration, support, and technical troubleshooting.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with Stellar products (Stellar OMS, Stellar EMS, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of derivatives products and trading workflows.
- Familiarity with financial trading protocols and APIs (FIX, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with traders and technical teams.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic trading environment.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in derivatives trading or financial systems (optional but preferred).
