Position : Sr. UX Researcher

Westlake TX ( Hybrid)
Duration : 6 Months Contract
The Team & Role
This role is part of the UXD & Digital Experience team creating experiences for donors advisors and internal associates. It is a senior level position where the associate will develop and manage the UX research practice from the ground up. Responsibility will be to collaborate with the Director of Design and business partners to understand plan and execute the research needs for the upcoming year based on the business roadmap as well as foundational UX metrics.
The Expertise You Have
- 10 years of UX Research experience preferred
- Documented experience leading and managing the daytoday operations of research ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively is a must
- Documented experience developing and implementing longer range plans to drive the research practice forward aligning with business goals and objectives is a must
- Digital portfolio to review online is preferred
