What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX Designer, Sr. position at Epicor?
As a Senior UX Designer at Epicor, you will lead user experience initiatives by researching, interpreting results, and creating intuitive designs that meet customer requirements. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product teams to implement your designs while also providing mentorship to other members of the UX team.
What you will be doing :
- Collaborating with Product Developers, Product Management, and Product Marketing to oversee the user experience of a product or feature from concept to launch.
- Conducting UX research (user or market), providing documentation and analysis of the results to inform design decisions.
- Enhancing existing features and designing for scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Creating UX artifacts such as concept maps, prototypes, workflows, and design specifications.
- Reviewing designs and providing constructive feedback to the team to maintain high-quality standards.
- Efficiently communicating design intent to larger teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Assisting in testing and providing feedback on UX features to refine user interactions.
- Maintaining and evolving the design system to ensure consistency across Epicor's products.
