What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of top-tier design experience in an agency or high-performing brand environment
- A proven portfolio showcasing best-in-class digital design and UI/UX expertise
- Experience working with Webflow and/or other design centric site builders
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD)
- Experience with conversion-optimized web design
- Strong problem-solving abilities—able to pivot, adapt, and drive design solutions in a fast-moving environment
- Confidence in client-facing roles—capable of leading presentations and articulating design rationale
- An obsessive attention to detail and high standards for visual excellence
