Roles And Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support, resolving desktop issues with a focus on minimizing downtime for users.
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software components to meet user requirements.
Configure and maintain network settings to ensure reliable connectivity and access.
Assist in the setup and configuration of peripherals, guaranteeing seamless operation for the end users.
Document technical issues and solutions, sharing insights with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues.
Support clients across various sectors, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Participate in team meetings, reporting on tasks and seeking inputs on unresolved technical challenges.
