Our rapidly expanding home healthcare company is seeking a full-time Senior Care Coordinator / Scheduler to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, independent work environment. The ideal candidate should maintain a positive attitude, remain calm under pressure, and be capable of performing the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Refer qualified caregivers (CNAs) from a pool to clients on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Maintain strong organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Collaborate with the team while providing excellent customer service.
- Serve on-call as required.
- Answer phone calls during regular office hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Be available to take calls after hours (weekends, Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 9:00 AM).
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of related healthcare experience.
- A valid driver’s license is required.

- Strong understanding and ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen.

- Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing daily tasks.

- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel.
