Your Role:
As Practice Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the clinic’s success—balancing staff management, client experience, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing day-to-day clinic operations
- Managing scheduling, payroll, and inventory
- Supporting hiring, training, and team development
- Collaborating with the owner to meet practice goals
- Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns
- Promoting a positive, accountable, and growth-focused culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a veterinary technician or medical practice manager (or assistant manager ready to grow)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfort with veterinary software and administrative tasks
