Duties

- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist clients with daily living activities while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with resident rights and HIPAA regulations.
- Engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional well-being and quality of life.
- Support individuals with disabilities by implementing personalized care plans in group home settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of hospice care practices, dementia care techniques, and resident rights is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic health monitoring tasks such as taking vital signs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality is essential.
