Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and drive the marketing and sales efforts for our concierge medicine memberships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare sales, a strong network of potential clients willing to pay for premium medical care, and exceptional communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote and sell concierge medicine memberships to individuals in Lee County.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, including individuals, families, and corporate clients, to understand their healthcare needs and promote the benefits of our membership program.
• Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate prospective clients about the advantages of concierge medicine and our practice's services.
• Utilize networking events, community outreach, and other marketing channels to generate leads and expand our client base.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives, while providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Established network of potential clients in Lee County who are interested in premium medical services and willing to pay out-of-pocket fees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our concierge medicine memberships effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and helping individuals access high-quality healthcare services.
